Our Story
Lake Properties started in 2019 when our founder, who'd helped a friend navigate their first home purchase, realized how broken the whole system felt for newcomers. The banks didn't explain things clearly. Real estate agents pushed listings instead of listening. And first-time buyers? They were left confused and second-guessing themselves. So we decided to do something different. We built a small team of people who remember their own first home jitters — and we dedicated ourselves to making the process actually make sense. Thirteen years of combined real estate experience, wrapped up in a way that doesn't feel like you need a law degree to understand it.
